I have TWO genuine Westerbeke capacitors, part number 039556. These are 18uf units used in the Westerbeke 5.0 BCDB marine diesel generator. One capacitor is used on each of the two exciter windings.

These are brand new, never used. After buying these I determined that I actually had a bad winding in my stator. The rebuilt generator I purchased is a slightly different version and uses different capacitors, so I cant even use these as spares.

These are a hard-to-find genuine Westerbeke part. Third-party parts are available, but they are not original Westerbeke.
