2020: ordered professionally made 2 part Boat Top full hull winter cover , with rear access zippers, air ports, and tie downs below the waterline. Boat stores on trailer, mast folds down, then winter cover is installed for the great lakes winter season. 2021: All new engine and charger parts professionally installed by Great Lakes Diesel: new yanmar 1GM10 diesel. whole bilge cleaned and painted. fuel tank cleaned , inspected. All new fuel Iines installed. new exhaust hoses w/ proper swan neck , transmission controls , and B panel mounted in cockpit rear at helm station. Comes with yanmar operators manual, service manual, and Great Lakes instruction video of basic maintenance. Includes a Yan mar Minor Spares Kit and needed tools for engine , and extra oil, gearbox fluid, lubrication and engine winterizing fluids. New Pro Charge Ultra 30 amp 3-stage charger, (recommended by SBO s Mainesail) has an equalization mode and a remote access panel mounted in cabin. 3 new 110 v outlets, 2 in cabin by berths one one in w either protected enclosure at helm station. New stainless shorepower weatherproof connection installed on starboard coach side. 2022 Maintenance: Rudder and wheel steering system completely lubricated and overhauled, with new rudder saddle, teflon washers stainless mounting bolts and adjusting handle from Com-Pac. New Cutless bearing installed . Bottom sanded and paint with Interlux Micron. Machine Buff and wax with 3M marine wax. Sail overhauled, cleaned with la Mauney process, minor repairs made to batten pockets, and all slugs replaced with brand new. 2023: ordered all new standing and running rigging from Com-Pac: installed all new halyards and main sheet, have all new foe stay and side stays to install spring 2024. ordered 2 original 4 oz. gel coat cans from Com Pac and got Everbrite Gel Coat repair kit to touch up some chips and spider cracking in cockpit and on transom in spring 2024. ordered new centerboard lifting line and 2 new zincs for centerboard. have 12 v cabin fan not yet installed .
