34 Sabre Mk II CB, 311 Draft with board up. 11.17 Beam. Layout – Double V-berth forward with filler, head (with holding tank) aft to port, hanging locker to starboard (converted to AC), main salon has settee to starboard, and L-shaped settee to port which converts to double berth, and bulkhead-mounted dinette table against forward bulkhead on port side. Galley aft to port with plenty of storage, 2 burner GSI CNG stove with oven and two tanks, and top loading Adler-Barbour refrigerator aft. Chart table and quarter berth to starboard opposite galley. 4 opening ports and 2 overhead hatches throughout interior, and 4 dorade vents; 12v cabin lights. Hatch screens. Teak and holly sole throughout. Hot and cold pressure water in galley, and in head with shower. Pedestal steering with compass and cockpit table and cover. Full galley equipment. Clock and barometer.
Engine - 27 hp FWC Westerbeke diesel approximately 1250 hours on hour meter (not confirmed), refurbished heat exchanger 2023, engine serviced regularly.
Sails and gear – Hood main and RF 130 Genoa, both good condition; main with 2 sets of reef points, Genoa on Harken RF system, mainsail cover in good condition. 2 Lewmar 46 self-tailing genoa winches, 3 halyard winches, 1 mainsheet winch, traveler on cabin top. Spinnaker track on mast. Toe rail genoa track and inboard genoa track.
Electric/Electronic – 110 v shore power with new cord; outlets throughout boat; ProMariner charger; 3 group 27 batteries 2021; Mermaid 110v A/C; Datamarine Knot and log, and Depth.
