If you’re looking for a clean, classic Catalina 22 that’s ready to sail—not rebuild—this is your boat. I’m the third owner, and full disclosure: I’m the weak link. I bought her May 18, 2023, with big dreams and life had other plans (read: divorce, chaos, responsibilities). She’s never been in the water under my watch, but she’s been meticulously stored, covered, and protected since the day I brought her home.
