General condition and any additional information
When I purchased Outlaw in 2016 she had been retired and on the hard for 15 years +/-. She was in excellent shape. No interior issues (no mice or bugs in the cabin). All cushions were not stored on the boat and are in new condition (were not on the boat during racing). The engine (after fuel tank cleaning and new batteries) rolled over twice and fired right off. It has not failed me since. Annual oil change with filters (primary oil, fuel and Racore fuel). This boat is race rigged with too many bells and whistles to list. She was raced successfully on the Great South Bay, Long Island by the original owner till he moved to N Carolina in 2001 and she was put on the hard till I purchased in 2016. He reluctantly sold her to me in 2016. I have enjoyed sailing her greatly and just do not have the time she deserves. This is a great boat with relatively few hours on her. The purchaser will be the 3rd owner.
