General condition and any additional information

Bay Breeze is a well-equipped, and well-maintained Catalina 25, fixed keel, standard rig built in 1987. She is set up for easy family or solo cruising on the Chesapeake, or anywhere you want to take her. She features a sail inventory that includes 2 mainsails, and a 135% cruising genoa that was professionally refurbished by Housley Sailmakers in Annapolis in 2014. Her engine is a 2006 Yamaha 8hp 4-stroke outboard, (professionally maintained by Boatworks in Annapolis) that is mounted on a spring-assisted motor mount, and includes two 2.5 gallon portable gas tanks. She has recent (2015) mainsail, lifeline, and tiller covers in a beautiful Captains Navy sunbrella canvas color to match the genoa trim. The genoa is mounted on a Furlex furling rig that allows the jib to easily be set and adjusted without leaving the cockpit. This feature, and her Raymarine autopilot, allow her to be managed easily by a solo sailor. Down below, the salon features an aft quarter-berth, dinette (convertible to double bunk portside), starboard bunk and v-berth, and she also features the Catalina pop-up that increases the main salon headroom to 64, and a camping cover that allows the top to remain up while sleeping below. The cabin itself features a main sink with hand-pumped fresh water, 10-gallon ice box, pressurized alcohol stove, lavatory sink, Jabsco marine toilet, 3-inch cabin cushions, and interior lighting. All equipment making her ready to cruise on the bay is included, including her lightly used Kuma propane grill, (2) 12-volt batteries (with Perko switch), anchor and rode, UHF radio, cockpit cushions, magnetic compass, fenders, dock lines, jibe preventer, and other equipment. She is in the water and ready to go, and operating her from her current deep-water slip on the Magothy river until next spring (including in-water winter storage) at no additional cost is an option.
