The First 235 is an excellent little pocket cruiser that is also a fun club racer. On the cruising side, the salon-style interior is in very good condition. She is equipped with shore power, a bimini frame and top, and wood cabinetry. For sailing, she has a wing-keel that draws less than 3, lines fed back to the cockpit for single-handing, self-tailing winches, good sails (main, genoa and jib), depth and speed gauge, and much more.
Comes on a Load-Rite single axel trailer with an 8 hp 4-stroke long shaft Mercury engine with very low hours. Could use some fresh bottom paint and wax on the hull, but otherwise she is ready to sail this season. Has been a freshwater boat since 2012.
